Made of heavy stoneware. There are no scratches, chips or cracks.

They have rims which are scalloped shaped. For your consideration are 2 Mikasa pewter plus pewter red D4101 rimmed soup cereal bowls these bowls are red with black trim.

One bowl has a small white spot on it which is a manufacturer paint flaw. The undersides show signs of having been through the dishwasher a few times. They have a nice shine.

The underside is dark.
